Our ‘Surgical Specialties Series’ is now onto Our ‘Surgical Specialties Series’ is now onto its third month!! ✨✨

The first event of October will be a talk on all things ‘Acute Abdomen’ @ 7pm this Thursday! See you all there!
Surg Soc are pleased to invite you to our first ev Surg Soc are pleased to invite you to our first event of the year - ‘Fresher’s Surgical Social’! It will be a great chance to get to know your new housemates and meet medics in other flats!

How the event will work:
• Due to current restrictions the event will be online, and we will allocate you and your flat to online breakout room with other teams. These will be rotated during the course of the night.
• There will be a host of different games. Bring drinks (alcoholics/ non-alcoholic) to play along!
• We will be providing each flat team with deck of cards.
• Points will be collected, and the winning teams will receive a MYSTERY PRIZES!
• Scan the QR code to sign up!

The event will cost £6 per flat is anyone on the team has a Surg Soc membership. Otherwise it will be £7.

Next up on the ‘Surgical Speciality Series’ wi Next up on the ‘Surgical Speciality Series’ will be a really interesting talk on Hand Surgery given by Ms Meg Birks on the 29th of September. Not one to miss!
